Policies
- The first library card is free.
- Cards are issued to residents of Ashland areas.
- Library cards must be up-to-date and fine free in order to check out materials.
- You are responsible for all materials checked out on your card.
- Please let us know if your phone number or address changes.
- Books, magazines and books on tape will be checked out for two weeks.
- Overdue books are $.10 a day per item.
- Materials may be renewed up to two times, as long as they are not on reserve for someone else.
- Materials may be renewed over the phone.
- Returning overdue items in the book drop will prevent your overdue amount form increasing (over dues will be posted to your account and must be paid on your next visit to the library.)
- Items may be placed on reserve.
- You will be contacted when the item is available.
